The beautiful pecan color gives it the appearance of a wood plank floor, but without all the issues that come with it. This flooring is water resistant and will never rot or swell like wood does if it comes in contact with water. Now this homeowner has a floor made to withstand a basement environment for years to come!

When it was time to finish this basement the homeowner researched what were the best products to use in a basment environment, they chose the Total Basement Finishing System above all else. Here we installed an Egress window, a full bathroom and some storage with a new laundry room.

We used the Everlast Finished walls, a new linen ceiling and the ThermalDry Elite flooring, we also used the ThermalDry floor tiles in the bathroom. To finish it off we replaced the basement stair treads with a new stained oak tread.
