Before & After Photos

We were contracted to encapsulate a crawl space in Springfield, Ohio, with our CleanSpace system. The homeowner was dealing with musty odors, dampness, and high humidity in the crawl space as well as cold floors above their crawl space.

The CleanSpace system takes care of all these issues and prevents moisture from deteriorating the wood floor joists and support beams in the crawl space. Now, the crawl space is clean, dry, and healthy!

This Belle Center, Ohio, crawl space was damp, musty, and humid. Our crew encapsulated it to make it clean, dry, and healthy!

Before Mid-State Basement Systems, this crawl space wasn't protected from moisture, mold, pests, and dirt. And because it was insulated improperly, the floors in the home above the crawl space were cold and the entire home was less energy efficient. Our crew encapsulated the crawl space and insulated it the right way, making it clean, dry, and more energy efficient for the home.

Our crew encapsulated a crawl space in Monclova, Ohio, with our CleanSpace system. CleanSpace seals out moisture, mold, dirt and pests, preventing damage to the foundation and floor joists.

The crew also installed SilverGlo rigid foam insulation panels to contain conditioned air. This greatly improves the energy efficiency of the rest of the home!

A homeowner in Sylvania, Ohio, had a crawl space with fiberglass insulation on the walls that needed to be replaced with a more effective solution. She called Mid-State Basement Systems to encapsulate her crawl space with our CleanSpace system. This includes our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation panels with an R-value of 11 that seal out cold air and keep warm air circulating throughout the house, helping reduce energy costs.
