We installed the PowerBrace system, a series of steel beams designed to stabilize and support bowing basement walls. The adjustable design allows for potential wall straightening over time, providing a strong, long-term solution to protect the home's foundation.

Our Crews installed the SmartJack system in this crawlspace to permanently stabilize the home's foundation. The block supports were sinking into the soil, and creating sagging floors above in the home. SmartJack crawl space support posts provide an effective, durable solution for leveling and stabilizing damaged crawl spaces. Unlike concrete blocks that will only sink further into the ground, the SmartJack provides a permanent solution.

This crawl space was being supported by concrete block, and over time the blocks began sinking into the ground, causing the floors above to be springy and unstable. Our crew installed crawl space support jacks to stabilize the foundation and the floors above. To address the issue of poor supporting soils, each crawl space jack distributes the weight of the home through a precast concrete footing and a base of engineered fill material.

This crawl space was having structural issues and had started to settle. The beams were sagging and needed to be better supported. We remedied this issue with SmartJacks and Metal Beams! These sturdy steel supports are adjustable and bring floors back up to where they need to be.
