A homeowner in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, called Mid-State Basement Systems to have a look at his musty, leaky crawl space. At our recommendation, the homeowner contracted our team to encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace system. Now, the crawl space is clean, dry, and insulated from the elements!

Years of water seepage had damaged the structure of these block walls and started to form cracks. We stabilized them by installing carbon fiber strips along the wall and holding it tight. Then, we covered the wall with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. 

This customer needed a clean and healthy crawl space for her growing family. Mid-State Basement Systems insulated the perimeter walls with SilverGlo rigid foam insulation and encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace liner. We also installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to keep the crawl space moisture-free.

We removed the old insulation in this crawl space and replaced it with our much more effective SilverGlo insulation panels. This solution integrates seamlessly with our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation to seal out moisture and unconditioned air. 

Homeowners in Shelby, OH called Mid-State Basement Systems because their crawlspace was moldy, dirty, and the floor above it was sagging.
