This customer's crawl space in Cambridge, Ohio, needed to be encapsulated to seal out cold air and moisture. Our crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace system: A combination of a durable plastic liner and our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation panels. Crawl Space Encapsulation in Belle Valley, OH

We encapsulated this crawl space with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and Drainage Matting! The previous plastic sheet was trapping in moisture and a musty smell was permeating into the home. A vapor barrier slows or prevents ground water seepage from evaporating into the crawl space air.

Foundation Repair and Basement Waterproofing in Westerville, OH

A homeowner in Westerville, OH called Mid-State Basement Systems because her basement walls were cracked and bowing. Our certified inspector, Jiovanni Valentino, visited the home to do a thorough inspection and provide a free quote for a permanent repair. Jiovanni recommended using PowerBrace i-beams and carbon fiber straps to prevent further inward movement of the walls. He also found that the basement also had mold and signs of previous flooding, so he recommended waterproofing it as well. To top it off, he discussed using BrightWall to cover up the unsightly walls and make the basement look fresh and clean. The homeowner agreed to go with these repairs, so our crew went out and installed all of these products. The homeowner no longer has to worry about the integrity of her foundation or leaking and mold in the home.
