This homeowner noticed their basement walls bowing. While that is a problem in itself, they also had a finished bathroom installed in the basement, and they didn't want to tear it up. Our CarbonArmor straps were the perfect solution to their problem. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing. They will be able to re-cover these straps after installation.
Foundation walls begin to buckle, bow, or tilt inward from outside pressure from soil and water and can eventually cause foundation walls to collapse. The PowerBrace system is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and can help straighten them over time.
A property owner in Oregon, Ohio, had a leaning wall in the basement that was beginning to crack and seep groundwater. We sent out a crew to install PowerBrace support beams along the length of the wall, providing structural support to the foundation and preventing it from moving any further. PowerBrace beams can also be adjusted to correct wall movement over time.
The crew also waterproofed the basement with WaterGuard: Our below-floor french drain system that drains wall seepage into the sump pump system. Now, the basement wall is stabilized and the basement will stay dry for good!
The floors in this customer's home were sagging and bouncing underfoot. To fix the problem, he gave us a call to install crawl space support jacks to lift the floors back into place. For added structural integrity, we installed a supplemental beam in the crawl space as well.

We installed the PowerBrace Foundation Wall Support System. This wall support process involves steel beams being anchored down underground beyond the house’s base. A trench is dug for the anchoring and the steel beams are then cinched to the wall. These beams can be adjusted over time to continue to straighten the wall.
