Alicia, I absolutely love the double railing and I can grip it beautifully. You might want to give this as an option for older homeowners, knees don’t last, trust me. Now I feel safe going up and down the stairs. I have to say that everyone in your company that I have dealt with over the years has been completely professional, courteous and pleasant, including yourself. Kevon is such a nice young guy. He did great work and went out of his way to find just the right hardware to accommodate my being able to hold on to the railing without hurting my hand in one particular place on the wall.
