I had to call Bill to prompt the electrical work. Worth the wait though, as your electrician's service was every bit as professional as the installation crews - we were very impressed. It also didn't hurt that the bill came in $2,000 below your original estimate - we appreciate the integrity. Your system has solved a serious water problem that had developed in a basement that hadn't leaked in 45 years, working flawlessly to keep us completely dry through several major storms this fall. Thanks for making our basement a useable part of our home again, and bring on the spring melt! In closing, I have never seen a combination of professionalism, quality system components, and attention to detail like this before in a contractor.
