A year ago I called for a free-estimate on a sump pump install. Cynthia came at the scheduled time and was very thorough with the estimate and answered all my questions. I told her that I needed to get finances in order before scheduling an install. She did follow up with me, but there was no pressure. A year later, I did call to schedule the install. The two installers were on time, very professional and very, very neat! The project was completed in several hours and I now feel the security of knowing that I am prepared and will not have a flooded basement as has happened before. Thanks for your great work.
