We made the air in this crawl space warmer by installing our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation on the walls of this crawl space. Unlike fiberglass, this insulation will never lose its R-value or become damaged by water or moisture in any way. To keep the crawl space dry and healthy, we encapsulated it using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This sturdy and thick 20-mil reinforced polymer liner does not support mold growth and prevents water vapor from passing through. Once our team was done, this crawl space had permanent solutions in place to keep it the air feeling warm and dry! 

Our foreman and his team transformed this crawl space from a dirt filled disaster to a dry and healthy environment. Thanks to our super durable waterproof barrier known as the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, water can no longer make its way into this space. We even paired it with our drainage matting underneath to enhance the longevity and durability of the vapor barrier itself. The air in the space will stay dry thanks to our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and any incoming water will be dealt with thanks to the SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System we installed. 

This crawl space had a pool of water inside and was not stable. To correct these issues, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and our SmartJack System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is a 20-mil thick polymer liner that seals off the crawl space from the earth and prevents water vapor from getting inside. The SmartJack System consists of supports made of galvanized steel, which means they will never rot or rust and can support extremely heavy loads. Now this crawl space is dry and stable, giving the homeowner peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Middletown, NY had a tiny dirt crawl space in their house that they wanted to seal off from the exposed earth. Our specialist proposed covering the crawl space in our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This 20-mil reinforced polymer liner comes with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears and acts as a vapor barrier inside your crawl space. Its multiple layers of plastic make it flexible and puncture resistant. With this system in place, moisture and water vapor can no longer make their way inside your crawl space.
