Our team sealed off this tiny crawl space in Rock Hill, NY using our super durable and completely waterproof, CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This 20-mil reinforced polymer liner will protect this crawl space from any intruding water vapor and humidity. The homeowner also does not have to worry about mold or mildew growing on the liner either. Now this crawl space has been transformed into a dry and healthy environment! 

We made the air in this crawl space warmer by installing our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation on the walls of this crawl space. Unlike fiberglass, this insulation will never lose its R-value or become damaged by water or moisture in any way. To keep the crawl space dry and healthy, we encapsulated it using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This sturdy and thick 20-mil reinforced polymer liner does not support mold growth and prevents water vapor from passing through. Once our team was done, this crawl space had permanent solutions in place to keep it the air feeling warm and dry! 

This crawl space had a pool of water inside and was not stable. To correct these issues, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and our SmartJack System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is a 20-mil thick polymer liner that seals off the crawl space from the earth and prevents water vapor from getting inside. The SmartJack System consists of supports made of galvanized steel, which means they will never rot or rust and can support extremely heavy loads. Now this crawl space is dry and stable, giving the homeowner peace of mind.
