Our team transformed this dirt crawl space out in Goshen, NY that was filled with debris, had a moisture problem, and was allowing air to come into the home. We used our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to form a seal over the dirt floor and prevent moisture and water vapor from passing through. Our drainage matting was placed underneath to enhance the durability and longevity of the highly durable encapsulation system. Finally, we insulated the crawl space using our SilverGlo panels and by putting orange foam insulation around the rim joists. This prevents air leaks from happening and allows the crawl space to stay warm. Once our team was done, this crawl space became a dry and healthy environment sealed off from the elements!

To prevent air leaks and cold drafts, we used our SilverGlo insulation panels on the walls and sealed the rim joists with foam insulation. On the floor we used our TerraBlock foam insulation as well, which is flexible and helps keep the crawl space warm too. Now this crawl space will be dry, healthy, and warm for years to come!

Underneath that, we placed our drainage matting to enhance the durability and longevity of the liner. Now this crawl space is a dry space and safe from the problems water intrusion can cause. 

Our team worked hard to transform this crawl space from a cold, dirt filled pit to a warm and dry space. Foamax panels were placed on the walls of the crawl space to help reduce condensation and to provide protection against moisture. These panels are made of polyisocyanurate foam and have a foil vapor barrier on the backside. We also placed our TerraBlock foam insulation over the floor, which is flexible and helps keep the crawl space floor feeling comfortable instead of cold. Finally, we sealed the crawl space off with our waterproof liner known as the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

We protected this crawl space in Warwick, NY from water seepage using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This extremely durable 20-mil reinforced polymer liner prevents water vapor from passing through the walls or the ground and making its way into the crawl space. It also aids in the prevention of mold growth, wood rot, and pesky intruders such as rodents or insects. Now water can no longer wreak havoc on this crawl space.
