Before and after we installed our SmartJack system to provide support to their sagging floors and installed our CleanSpace wall system to prevent moisture from coming into the space through the walls. 

A homeowner in Poughkeepsie, NY had some serious foundation issues in their basement. The walls had large horizontal cracks and clear signs of being damaged from water intrusion. Efflorescence could be seen all over the walls, which meant water had seeped through and put pressure on these walls, causing them to crack and fall apart.  We used our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System to stabilize these walls and stop any more damage from occurring. These steel I-beams get attached to the joists above your walls with steel brackets and can be easily adjusted to attempt to raise the wall back to its original position. Once the PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System was in place, this wall was not going anywhere! 

A homeowner located in Lagrangeville, NY contacted us to prevent the cracks in her foundation walls from getting worse. She was about to sell her house and wanted to ensure the house was fixed before selling it in order to improve the overall value of her home. After all, no one wants to buy a house with a compromised foundation. To stabilize these failing foundation walls, we installed our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System. The PowerBraces are steel I-beams that get secured to the joists above your walls with steel brackets. This system helps to stop any further damage from occurring and can potentially straighten the wall again.

This is a home that was purchased and had a SONYMA rehab loan by M & T Bank, this was where the customer buys the home and has special financng to do some repairs to be able to get into the home.

We did all new Gutters and a complete basement waterproofing system.
