A homeowner in Saugerties, NY called us to take care of their dirty crawl space that had been giving them issues for 12 years. This crawl space was wreaking havoc and causing the upper portion of the home to have a musty or moldy smell. To eliminate the problem, we encapsulated the crawl space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System serves as a barrier and seals off the crawl space from the earth, preventing water vapor from entering.
